The accelerated B.S./M.S. option requires 138 credit hours of combined undergraduate and graduate coursework and is designed to be completed in five years. The undergraduate degree features a comprehensive curriculum spanning probability, statistics, optimization, and simulation, complemented by coursework in manufacturing and production systems, human factors, and decision analysis, culminating in a senior design capstone class. Four graduate courses are shared between the undergraduate and graduate degrees, then students have flexibility in subsequent graduate courses that complete the M.S. degree. Students may pursue research with a faculty member with the M.S. Thesis option or pursue exclusively coursework with the M.S. Non-Thesis option. Juniors with a minimum GPA of 3.25 may apply to the accelerated B.S./M.S. option.
The accelerated B.S./M.B.A. option requires 156 credit hours of combined undergraduate and graduate ISE coursework and M.B.A. coursework in the Price College of Business. The B.S./M.B.A. option is designed to be completed in five years. The undergraduate degree features a comprehensive curriculum spanning probability, statistics, optimization, and simulation, complemented by graduate coursework in accounting, management, economics, and other graduate business topics. Two ISE graduate courses are shared between the undergraduate and graduate degrees, with the senior year split between B.S. and M.B.A. curriculum, culminating in a senior design capstone class. The fifth year fully devoted to courses in the Price College of Business. Students are required to take the GMAT in their junior year and apply for the MBA program.
