Asif Mohaisin Sadri is the Graduate Assistant of Jerry Holmes Leadership Program (JHLP). He is a PhD student in Engineering with a concentration in Engineering Education, focuses on fostering innovative teaching strategies that enhance teamwork and leadership skills among engineering students.
Asif holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Social Science and Data Science, and brings several years of professional experience in supply chain management to the program. This unique combination of expertise allows Asif to integrate technical, analytical, and leadership perspectives into his work.
In his role as a Graduate Assistant, Asif supports leadership education initiatives, mentors students, and contributes to research that examines how leadership development impacts the professional growth of future engineers. His passion for teaching and interdisciplinary research drives his commitment to advancing engineering education.
Beyond academia, Asif is an avid table tennis player, an enthusiast of history, and deeply committed to helping students and peers grow as leaders in their fields.
