DART projects enhance OU's reporting environment.
Ongoing Projects
Much of DART’s work will be accomplished by DART subteams, which exist to fulfill various aspects of the full DART charter. Please visit the DART subteam webpages for lists of ongoing projects.
Completed Projects
Created a survey to understand the current state and desired future state of reporting at OU for the three main computer systems (student, HR, and finance), which identified:
- Current pain points
- Issues that could be addressed in the short term
- Areas where reporting capability and support seems satisfactory
- Desired changes and enhancements and that can help fashion a vision for the future of reporting at OU
Conducted a meeting to understand some of the reporting needs peculiar to faculty, which have not yet been addressed.
Created a survey to catalog the computer systems, reporting tools, and web tools used by current DART members and/or their organizational areas.
