Doo Hun Lim is a Professor of Workforce, Adult, and Continuing Education. He earned his Ph.D. in Human Resource Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, specializing in learning and training transfer. Dr. Lim serves on the board of directors for the Korean Association of Human Resource Development and was the founding president of the Korean Academy of HRD in Americas.

Dr. Lim's research focuses on performance improvement systems, neuroscience-based approaches to learning design, and cross-cultural studies on organizational development and workplace issues. His recent work emphasizes the application of technological advancements in education. He has published many articles and books on integrating the metaverse (AR/VR/MR) into teaching and learning and AI-based program planning and development. Additionally, he employs advanced statistical methods, including machine learning approaches in analyzing large educational data.
