Doo Hun Lim

Dr. Doo Hun Lim is a professor of Adult and Higher Education at the University of Oklahoma. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research interests have been in the areas of performance improvement systems and technology, cross-cultural research on organizational development and performance issues, and learning and motivation within virtual learning environments. He has taught various courses in instructional design and human resource development and management areas. His recent research has been on the application of neuroscientific principles and VR/AR technologies on learning and performance improvement.
