Jeffrey Maiden

Dr. Maiden’s research interests are focused on issues related to education funding, including intergovernmental fiscal relationships, the fiscal effects of educational reform, educational capital outlay and debt service, and education finance litigation. The results of his research have been published in such journals as The Journal of Education Finance and the Yearbook of the American Education Finance Association. Dr. Maiden teaches graduate courses in education finance, educational technology leadership, and quantitative research methods.  Dr. Maiden serves as senior researcher and director of The Institute for the Study of Education Finance.
