What We Do

The Institutional Equity Office exists to support university students, faculty, and staff by promoting an educational and work environment free from discrimination and harassment in all its forms. It does this by providing the processes and supportive measures to address claims involving OU’s:

When to Contact Us

You do not have to know for certain if a violation happened to contact our office. Please reach out if you need information or support related to the following situations:

Sexual misconduct
Discrimination
Harassment
A student who is pregnant and needs academic modifications
Retaliation related to reporting or being a part of an investigation about any of the above
