Each College determines its own timetables for submission to ensure that nominations are received by the timetables listed below.
Submit complete packets as separate PDFs to the Provost's Faculty Awards and Honors Packet Dropbox. A cover sheet must accompany each nomination.
Submit nominations for the George Lynn Cross Research Professorship online through this online submission form and for the Henry Daniel Rinsland Memorial Award for Excellence in Educational Research through this online submission form.
The following awards are administered by other areas on campus. Each unit determines its own timeline for submissions and decisions.

The Senior Vice President and Provost forwards recommendations to the President.
The President submits recommendations for awards to the OU Board of Regents for review and approval in time for the March meeting.
Recipients are notified following the OU Board of Regents meeting in March.
Recipients are announced publicly at the spring Faculty Awards and Honors Luncheon. The date for the ceremony is not determined until earlier in the spring semester.
