SFC MEMBERSHIP

Membership includes access to Sarkeys Fitness Center and Murray Case Sells Swim Complex, unlimited access to FIT Classes (excludes F45), and a 1/3 locker. Additional fee is required for F45 membership.

*Faculty/Staff Memberships for the Norman Campus can be through annual payroll deductions at the equivalent of $19/mo.
*All other faculty/staff memberships from any of the three main campuses (HSC, Norman, or Tulsa) can be purchased annually or by a monthly recurring credit card charge. University affiliates on the South Research Campus (for example, National Weather Service employees and businesses located in Partners Place buildings) qualify for faculty/staff memberships.
**Faculty/staff add-ons available for household members, at least 18 years of age or older. Proof of residence is required. Sign-up must be completed with faculty/staff members at the front dessk.

How to Cancel a Membership:

A 30-day written notice is required to cancel any membership. Additional fees may apply. Please send your written notice to the Membership Coordinator at lindy@ou.edu or fitrec@ou.edu.

Guest/Day Pass: $8.50 +tax

Current active members of Fitness + Recreation can bring up to two (2) guests as long as they are 18 years of age or older with the purchase of a guest pass (valid photo ID required). Guests must be accompanied by their sponsor member while they are in Fitness + Recreation’s facilities.

3 Visit Pass - $22.84 = $7.61/visit
5 Visit Pass - $34.80 = $6.96/visit
10 Visit Pass - $65.25 = $6.52/visit

All prices include tax. Per Sarkeys Fitness Center Guidlelines, all non-OU community members must be accompanied in the facility with a sponsor who has an active Fit+Rec membership. For more information, please contact the SFC Front Desk.

How to Purchase a Membership:

Option 1: Purchase In-Person at the Sarkeys Fitness Center front desk

Payroll Deduction: Available for Norman Campus Faculty/Staff (monthly or hourly) that are 1.0 FTE, as an annual option.
If eligible to purchase a membership but not an employee of the OU community, or adding a member to account, initial membership must be purchased In-Person. Renewals can be completed online after initial sign-up.
Memberships can be purchased annually or by monthly recurring credit card charge.

Option 2: Purchase or Renew on the Fit+Rec Membership Portal

Begin by logging in with OU 4x4 or creating an account using email associated with membership.

If not an OU Norman Campus Faculty/Staff an initial membership must be purchased at the front desk of the Sarkeys Fitness Center to gain online membership portal access.

OU Norman Campus Faculty/Staff may purchase initial membership and renew online.
All monthly recurring memberships may be purchased online*.

All Renewals except OU Alumni Association** may be completed online.

** Alumni Association members must show proof of current membership at the front desk of Sarkeys Membership each renewal.

Day Use: Half Lockers

Day-use lockers are available at the equipment desk for no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Members must remove all items in day-use lockers when they leave the facility.
Personal locks may not be used on day-use lockers. All locks must be removed 15 minutes prior to facility closing. Locks are available for checkout at the equipment desk.
Day-use lockers are located inside and outside of the locker rooms.
Patrons are encouraged to lockup all personal items in a locker.
If day-use lockers are not emptied by closing each day, staff will remove all items in the lockers and keep them in Lost + Found for 14 days. After 14 days, all abandoned locker contents will be entered into the University disposal system.

Day Use: Quarter Lockers

Quarter lockers are available on a first-come, first served basis. Members must remove all items in day-use lockers when they leave the facility.
Please remember to bring a quarter for use of the lockers. The quarter will be returned to you upon retrieval of your belongings.
If quarter lockers are not emptied by closing each day, staff will remove all items in the lockers and keep them in Lost + Found for 14 days. After 14 days, all abandoned locker contents will be entered into the University disposal system.
