If you would like to obtain images of artworks from the Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art's collection, please follow these steps:

- View our rights and reproductions fees (pdf).
- Please read our terms of use (pdf) about how an image may be used.
Upon receipt and approval of application, a contract will be sent to you for your signature. Images will not be provided to the requester until the contract is countersigned and payment of any applicable fees is received by the Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art.
Image requests must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the date the materials are needed to ensure adequate processing time. Orders for which new photography is required may take longer to process.
Rights and reproductions for many of the highlights of the collection may be obtained for a fee through the Bridgeman Art Library. Requests for images that are not available through the Bridgeman Art Library must be made by email.
