GCA Students Visit Kansas City Historic and Modern Architecture

Professors Butko and Hoffner led the 7th annual Architecture 4th year Undergraduate and 2nd year Graduate student trip to Kansas City, Missouri September 7-9.  Students visited various firms, historic and newly constructed buildings (including the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts, the Nelson Atkins Museum, the Bolender Building, Union Station, and Country Club Plaza), the KC Design Center, the City Market, Barkley’s rooftop garden, and three residences designed by Bruce Goff.

University of Oklahoma Student Journal Telesis awarded Graham Foundation Grant

Telesis, the Gibbs College of Architecture’s student journal, has been awarded a grant from the Graham Foundation for Advanced Studies in the Fine Arts to support its next two issues, “Pause” (Volume IX) and “React” (Volume X).
