Architecture Faculty Named to D Home Best Architects in Dallas List

OFFICIAL, the Architecture firm founded by assistant professor of Architecture Amy Leveno and adjunct faculty Mark Leveno, was named to the 2023 D Home “Best Architects in Dallas” list. Each Year, D Home recognizes the top architects in the Dallas area to highlight their incredible work in the industry. 

These nominations are the result of peer-based surveys and reviews from a panel of Architecture professionals. This is the fifth year in a row that OFFICIAL has been included in this esteemed list. “The list is peer-nominated, so it is a great honor to be appreciated by our fellow architects and building professionals in Dallas,” said Amy Leveno.  

In 2023, OFFICIAL also received received two Honor Awards from the American Institute of Architects and was named as a Dallas Architecture Forum Design Recognition Awards Finalist.

A team of Construction Science and Architecture students from the Gibbs College of Architecture made their mark on the national stage this week, earning third place out of 37 universities competing at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Student Competition, held during the International Builders' Show in Orlando, February 16-18, 2026.
