Goddard Health Center offers an on-site federally certified laboratory.
We understand that many patients may feel nervous about getting bloodwork or being around needles. Our staff is trained and ready to make your experience as comfortable and pain-free as possible. If you know that you're going to get bloodwork, we encourage you to eat before your appointment, wear comfortable clothing, and share your worry with the laboratory staff.

Pregnancy Testing
A pregnancy test may be requested through the clinic nurse. Do not check in at the lab until you have made your request through the nurse. Call (405)325-8732 to schedule a test.
Most lab tests require a provider's order. Please call (405) 325-4441 to schedule an appointment.
Blood Type Testing instructions:
The cost for a blood type test is $25 and must be paid at the time of service.
STI Testing is on an appointment-only basis. Please see the two options of testing below.

Lab orders from doctors outside of Goddard must be faxed to 405-325-1190 or dropped off in person to the laboratory. Patients who have their orders faxed must call the laboratory to verify their order has been received and to schedule their appointment. Patients dropping off their order to the lab may schedule their appointment at the same time.
Appointments are available as early as the next day after records have been submitted, Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 3:30 pm, and may be scheduled at the laboratory or by calling 405-325-2404.
Goddard Health Center provides in-house x-rays with digital computerized imaging to help expedite the diagnosis and treatment of illness and injury. All of the x-ray examinations performed at Goddard Health Center are interpreted by a licensed radiologist.
X-ray orders from doctors outside of our facility may be brought in or faxed (preferred) to (405) 325-1190. We will send the x-ray to the ordering doctor. You must then consult with the ordering doctor about your results.
