Bring your OUID and insurance cards to receive your flu vaccine. We will request insurance reimbursement for the flu vaccine. Many insurances (including OU CIGNA and OU Student Health Plan) are covering the cost.
Students:
OU students who do not have health insurance, or whose health insurance does not cover the costs, will not incur any charges for the flu vaccine.
Faculty/Staff:
OU Cigna covers the cost of the flu shot. If you are covered by another insurance, to ensure coverage, contact your insurance provider. You can check if we are contracted and in network with your insurance using the following information:
The vaccines we use for flu include Flulaval Vaccine, Flucelvax (egg-free), and Flu Zone High-Dose (for those 65 and older). All flu vaccines this year are trivalent.
All vaccines are thimerosal and latex-free.
We have the 2025-26 Moderna mNEXSPIKE Vaccine in stock. Call 405-325-4441 to schedule an appointment. During October, we are only offering the vaccine on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

We will request insurance reimbursement for the Covid vaccine. Many insurances (including OU CIGNA and OU Student Health Plan) are covering the cost. Students:
OU students who do not have health insurance may request the vaccine to be charged to the bursar account or may pay at the time of service. The estimated cost of the vaccine and administration is $150.
