Details:
Bring your OUID and insurance cards to receive your COVID-19 vaccine. Your OUID and insurance cards or information are required at every scheduled appointment.
Students:
Many insurances (including the OU Student Health Plan) cover the cost of COVID-19 vaccines. To ensure coverage, contact your insurance provider. The Covid Vaccine will be billed to insurance. Students without insurance or whose insurance does not cover the cost of the COVID-19 vaccine may pay at the time of service or bill the bursar.
