We don't just work here - we live here too. Join the live-in residential education team to be up close and personal with students through their time on campus. From student and graduate roles to professional and even faculty opportunities, we're looking for enthusiastic, student-serving people from all walks of life.
Residence Life Coordinators (RLCs) are full-time, live-in professional staff members who lead residential communities and are responsible for creating safe, engaging, and supportive living environments for students. They supervise and mentor student staff, including RAs and graduate staff, while overseeing daily operations, student conduct, crisis response, and community development. RLCs collaborate across campus partners to support student well-being, manage residential facilities, and implement departmental priorities that enhance the overall student experience.
Graduate Residence Coordinators (GRCs) are live-in graduate students who support the residential experience for OU students by helping create safe, engaging, and supportive communities. Working closely with professional staff, GRCs supervise and mentor student staff, respond to student needs and crises, and contribute to programming, conduct, and community development. With opportunities to specialize in areas such as conduct, student leadership, or housing operations, GRCs play a key role in shaping the overall residential experience while gaining hands-on professional development in higher education.
