The university has partnered with Rightway to manage your pharmacy benefits, ensuring you get the highest-quality prescription medications without overpaying. With Rightway, you have unlimited access to a trusted advocate who can answer your pharmacy questions and take care of actions for you. Your health guide can see your benefits information and will help you get the most value from your pharmacy benefits. When filling prescriptions, you should use your BCBS medical ID card, which also contains your Rightway pharmacy information. Rightway will also be the service you use for help with prior authorizations on your medications, access to specialty medications, mail delivery for your prescriptions, or to discuss possible side effects of a treatment. If you want to understand your medications better, a Rightway pharmacist will take the time to do a full review with you.
