In the event that remote work is required on a campus-wide basis, OU IT's existing digital tools like service catalog, knowledgebase, and ticket request forms will remain operational and accessible from any device connected to the Internet.

On-campus support like hardware and technical services through our Service Desks will be reduced or shut down during campus closures or operational changes due to weather, natural disaster, or disease outbreak.
