All registration fees must be paid in full by the class start date. Non-payment may result in the cancellation of the class registration. Classes subject to a minimum guarantee of six students. Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received after the close of business nine days prior to the class start date will be required to pay a $150 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellation after eight days prior to the start date of each class or for non-attendance at the classes. If fees are not paid prior to the cancellation or no-show, you will be billed. Cancellations must be received in writing via email at cdguthrie@ou.edu. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
Upon receipt of your registration, we will process your enrollment. A confirmation will be sent via email. Please phone (405) 325-3891 if you do not receive confirmation information within two weeks of the class start date. NOTE: Non-refundable airline tickets should not be purchased before you receive confirmation of your registration in the class.
