Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received after the close of business on June 9, 2026, must pay a $155 processing fee.
There will be no refunds for cancellation after June 13, 2026, or for non-attendance at the Institute. You will be billed if registration fees are not paid before the cancellation or no-show. Cancellations must be received by email (cdguthrie@ou.edu). Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
