Nutrition & Wellness as We Age - Part 2 | $50 Brian dela Cruz

Nutrition plays a huge role in maintaining health as we age. However, as we age, our bodies may develop various medical conditions that can impact our health and longevity. Learn how nutrition can play a role in maintaining our health with various medical conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, osteoporosis, and more. This course is part of a two-series course where part one focuses on nutrition for a healthy individual as we age. Part two focuses on nutrition and disease state management.
*Although it is not necessary, it is strongly recommended that participants have already completed Part One of this course series to gain a better understanding of the information presented in Part Two.
The Tragedy of Julius Caesar | $50 David Anderson

Few historical episodes were as striking—or portentous—as the assassination of Julius Caesar in 44BC. And few authors have depicted such a moment as powerfully as William Shakespeare in The Tragedy of Julius Caesar. In this senior seminar, we will take our time with the play, reading and discussing it over four weeks, appreciating Shakespeare’s subtle understanding of politics and power, as well as the complexities of human nature that those themes express. Please read Act 1 of the play before the first class.
