Precollegiate Programs Refund and Cancellation Policy

Summer Experiences

Registration and Payment 

  • A $50 non-refundable registration deposit is due at the time of registration.
  • Tuition for each session must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the start of the session.
  • Registration deadline is 4 days prior to the start of the session. All forms and paperwork must be submitted by Friday. 

Cancellations by Families

  • If you cancel your child’s registration at least 7 days before the session begins, tuition will be refunded. 
  • The $50 registration deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the session start date are not eligible for a refund.

School Year Experiences

Registration and Payment 

  • Registration closes 48 hours prior to the start of the program.
  • Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Cancellations by Families

  • If you cancel your child’s registration at least 7 days before the program, you will receive a refund of the program fee, minus a processing fee (amount to be determined).
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the program are not eligible for a refund.
  • If Precollegiate Programs must cancel a session for any reason (including low enrollment, facility issues, or staffing), families will receive a full refund of tuition and deposits.
  • Precollegiate Programs reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or combine sessions and substitute qualified instructors when necessary.

Cancellations by Precollegiate Programs

  • If Precollegiate Programs must cancel a session for any reason (including low enrollment, facility issues, or staffing), families will receive a full refund of tuition and deposits.
  • Precollegiate Programs reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or combine sessions and substitute qualified instructors when necessary.
