OU Passport is an official passport application acceptance facility that provides services to the OU community of students, faculty and staff as well as to the greater Norman and Oklahoma area. We are open to the public on a walk-in only basis Monday-Friday, and appointment only on Saturday.

OU Passport will be closed Thursday, July 4th for Independence Day.

We accept completed passport applications and forward them to the U.S. Department of State, Passport Services section for an issuance determination. OU Passport also offers passport photo services.

***Please note: OU Passport cannot make the determination for issuance of a passport.

Who Approves my Passport Application?

The U.S. Department of State, Passport Services office is responsible for making the final decision to issue or deny a U.S. passport, based on each individual application.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday:

  • 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Saturday (Appointment Only):

Closed on Sunday
