Board Fellows

The JCPenney Leadership Program partners with fourteen non-profit agencies in the Oklahoma City-metro area to provide select associates the unique experience of serving as a non-voting member on its Board of Directors. This partnership provides excellent first-hand experience in board service for the associate with the added benefit of strengthening their professional network. Our non-profits receive the benefit of fresh ideas, a student skill set, and new energy added to their boards. The Board Fellows program is designed to launch our young professionals into a lifetime of service and leadership in philanthropy.
