The JCPenney Leadership Program is excited to offer professional skills workshops at no cost to any organization on or off campus throughout the spring semester. Our Professional Development Outreach Team (PDOT) can create a customized workshop that will give your organization tools necessary to enhance their professional careers. Each session is typically one hour long and led by experienced peer trainers who are students in the Michael F. Price College of Business and trained within the JCPenney Leadership Center. All presentations are free of charge, and workshops are offered in both the in-person and virtual Zoom formats. Please ensure you are registering for a workshop 2 weeks in advanced to the requested time(s).

Requests will be accepted until April 10, 2026 and can be made here. Once your request has been confirmed, you will be contacted by staff from the JCPenney Leadership Program.
