Marc Rizzo

Marc Rizzo is a veteran in the renewable sector with a strong history in energy finance for both utility and commercial and industrial scale projects/companies as well as energy services. Rizzo is a co-founder of Granite Source Power LLC (GSP), which is a renewable development company focused on early-stage project development.

Prior to founding GSP, Rizzo was the CFO of EnerNoc, the CFO of Enel X NA, and the head of finance at Enel North America. Over the course of his career, he successfully managed the financial operations and closed over $15 billion worth of projects, corporate acquisitions, partnerships, and financings (including tax equity).

Rizzo’s 15 years of experience in energy spans the entire transaction life cycle: origination, pricing analytics, structuring, negotiation, execution, and asset management. He has an entrepreneurial sense of building the processes, practices, and teams that support all aspects from the ground up. A proud Bentley alum, Rizzo was born and raised on the Seacoast of New Hampshire. He enjoys golfing and vacationing with his wife, Giuliana, and their three daughters.
