The Procurement Central SharePoint site serves as OU's centralized contract repository and strategic sourcing resource. Through Procurement Central, departments can access University-negotiated agreements, State of Oklahoma contracts available to OU, and competitively awarded cooperative contracts that provide cost-effective and compliant purchasing solutions. OU regularly leverages cooperative purchasing opportunities through partners such as BuyBoard, E&I Cooperative Services, and OMNIA Partners, as well as other approved contract resources available to the University.
In addition to contract access, Procurement Central provides supplier information, contract documentation, purchasing guidance, and resources designed to streamline the procurement process and support informed purchasing decisions across the University.
Procurement Central is available to PeopleSoft requesters and approvers. Additional access for other users may be requested by contacting SupplierRelations@ou.edu.
