Grants

Grant programs do not require repayment and they are awarded to students who demonstrate the highest level of need according to the information gathered from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

It is recommended that you complete your FAFSA by the March 1 priority deadline.

Federal Pell Grant 
A need-based award available to eligible undergraduate students who have not previously earned a bachelor's or professional degree. 

TEACH Grant
Award granted to eligible undergraduate and graduate students who intend to teach in a public or private elementary or secondary school that serves students from low-income families. The TEACH Grant is not a need-based award.

Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant (SEOG)
A need-based award available to eligible students who meet the March 1 FAFSA priority deadline.

Oklahoma Tutition Aid Grant (OTAG)
A need-based award available to eligible Oklahoma state residents who file their FAFSA prior to the March 1 deadline.

Tribal Grants (pdf)
Grants awarded to eligible American Indian/Alaska Native students. Students are encouraged to contact their respective tribes for more information and to apply.
