I started at OU August 2026 after working in K12 for 21 years. What I enjoy about working at OU is how welcoming everyone have been since joining. I like having a new challenge working in higher ed as well.
I believe it is important to understand one's place of employment and also to serve. I feel joining allows me to start serving OU.
I love to Travel! Whenever we have a chance, we visit a new place. I am also a band parent for the Choctaw High School Band and traveling to new competitions every weekend in October.
I have 2 rescue dogs. Ada was rescued from second chance 10 years ago and Geordi LaForge was rescued from Bixby Puppy Haven Rescue 6 years ago.
I love the Hunger Games Series, and I am ready for Sunrise on the Reaping Movie. I am also a huge fan of Star Trek. I am a Trekkie.
