One of the things I enjoy most about working for OU is the opportunity to interact with students, faculty, and staff every day. Building relationships and supporting others creates a positive and rewarding work environment.
What is most important to me about serving as a Senator is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. I want to represent the voices of my colleagues, listen to their concerns, and help find solutions that benefit our community. I hope to make a lasting difference by supporting initiatives that strengthen our workplace.
Community Outreach Committee, Engineering Student Services Committee, and Provost's Advisory Council on Tutoring (PACT).
Outside of work, I enjoy listening to audiobooks and spending quality time with my son.
I see opportunities for growth in employee retention, improving processes, and increasing knowledge sharing across campus. Creating more efficient and consistent processes can help employees focus on meaningful work, while better communication and knowledge sharing can strengthen collaboration between departments. I also believe that continuing to invest in employee support and engagement will help improve retention and foster a stronger more connected campus community.
