Event Reporting
The University of Oklahoma Greek organizations are required to register all events two weeks before the student organization hosts any event that would be listed on the chapter calendar. Please note that this registration process does not replace any form that may be required by a fraternity or sorority's national or local group. Please complete this registraiton process to comply with all University of Oklahoma and Student Life policies and procedures.
Events should be registered using the "events" tab in the chapter portal on Engage. Learn more about how to register an event here.
Standards of Excellence
Fraternity and Sorority Programs and Services (FSPS) has created an initiative called the Standards of Excellence. The Standards of Excellence are set of common community standards, which all our diverse chapters should aspire to achieve. Chapters are encouraged to use the standards listed under each category as a best practices guide to aid in planning, goal setting and general chapter operations. FSPS will recognize those chapters that demonstrate excellence in meeting these standards.
Chapter Presidents must meet with their FSPS Advisor in order to participate in Standards of Excellence. Talk to your advisor about how to apply. All chapters are required to participate in Standards of Excellence.
Roster Forms
The Fraternity and Sorority Programs and Services team needs updated rosters for your chapter at all times. Use the forms below to update your roster with our office. The Roster is used to compute chapter grades and determine chapter dues. It is the responsibility of the Chapter President to keep the roster current throughout the entire semester.
