After scheduling your advising appointment, be sure to complete the checklist items below before you begin classes at OU-Tulsa.

Visit outlook.office.com/ou.edu to check your OU email. Many OU departments will only communicate with you via this email address, so it is important that you check it regularly. This is where you will be notified about financial aid and housing.

Annually more than two out of three OU students are awarded some type of financial assistance. This aid is a combination of scholarships, grants, loans, work-study and tuition waivers. To ensure that you keep all of your options open for covering your cost to attend OU, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

The OU-Tulsa Access Card (CardKey) grants students, faculty and staff access to OU-Tulsa facilities and serves as your University ID. To obtain an OU-Tulsa Access Card email Arrien Rask at Arrien-Rask@ou.edu to schedule an appointment to get an OU-Tulsa Access Badge.
