T-Town Tuition Waiver

The T-Town Tuition Waiver is available to City of Tulsa employees who enroll in in-person, graduate-level Norman-based academic courses at OU-Tulsa campus. City of Tulsa employees can receive 50% off tuition for up to six hours per semester for in-person programs at OU-Tulsa.

Educational Administration, Curriculum and Supervision
Electrical and Computer Engineering
Library and Information Studies
Organizational Dynamics
Public Administration
Social Work
Urban Design

Doctoral Degree Programs

Educational Administration, Curriculum and Supervision
Electrical and Computer Engineering
Instructional Leadership & Academic Curriculum, concentration in early childhood education
Organizational and Community Leadership

Application Information

Each program has its own admission requirements and application deadlines. Most programs are on a rolling admission deadline. The OU-Tulsa academics webpage will have specific information on each program.
City of Tulsa employees must submit a T-Town Tuition Waiver Application (pdf), signed by City of Tulsa Human Resources, when they apply.
This tuition waiver is renewable each semester. City of Tulsa employees will need to submit a form each semester to receive the tuition waiver.
