Information Technology - VPN Troubleshooting

 

 

 

  1. Click on the VPN-Dialer option under The University of Oklahoma OU-VPN Client.

  3. Click on the Modify icon.
  4.  

     

  5. Click on the Transport tab and check "Enable Transparent Tunneling" and "Allow Local LAN Access"
  6.  

     

  7. Click "Save", and try a new connection by clicking on the Connect button in the VPN Dialer and, when requested, login with your OU credentials (username@sooner.net.ou.edu) or OUHSC credentials (username@ouhsc.edu).
