Jennifer Kisamore
Jennifer Kisamore, Associate Professor of Psychology, Associate Dean of the Tulsa Graduate College and Graduate Liaison for Organizational Dynamics, earned her Ph.D. in 2003 from the University of South Florida. Her research interests include organizational behavior, meta-analysis, integrity and measurement. Dr. Kisamore has conducted organizational assessments at a variety of organizations including Publix Supermarkets, the Social Security Administration, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals.
Brigitte Steinheider
Brigitte Steinheider, Associate Professor of Psychology and Recruiter for the Organizational Dynamics program, earned her MBA in 1992 from the University of Düsseldorf and her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Technology Dresden in 1996. Her research focuses on collaborative leadership as well as interdisciplinary collaborations and knowledge integration in corporate R&D teams and academic settings. She has consulted for a variety of international organizations such as Volkswagen, Bosch and Daimler Benz AG.

Jorge Mendoza
Jorge Mendoza, Interim Chair and Professor of Psychology, earned his Ph.D. in 1974 from the University of Oklahoma in the area of quantitative psychology. Dr. Mendoza’s current interests include the topics of selection, validation, validity generalization, and multivariate statistics.
Jody Worley
Jody Worley, Associate Professor of Human Relations, earned his Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University in 2006. Dr. Worley's reserach focuses on organizational behavior and employee well-being. He teaches several courses for the Organizational Dynamics program including the statitics and measurement courses as well as a course on work-life integration.
Eric Day
Eric Day, Professor of Psychology, earned his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University in 1998. His research interests include assessment center technology, training and development, complex skill acquisition, small group dynamics, and group decision-making. Dr. Day has developed assessment and training tools for a variety of clientele, including The George Bush School of Public Policy and Government.

Patrick Hutton
Patrick Hutton, Ph.D., Adjunct Instructor, is a Network Consultant at BCBS and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Dr. Hutton earned his Ph.D. in I/O Psychology in 2012 from Northcentral University. Dr. Hutton teaches courses in the Project Management Specialization including Planning Processes and Strategy Development and Customer Services and Market Analysis.
Barbra Kingsley
Barbra Kingsley, Adjunct Instructor, earned her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies in 2011 from Gonzaga University. Dr. Kingsley is a partner at Kleimann Communication Group and previously worked as a research analyst at American Institutes for Research. An organizational consultant with more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Kingsley has a wealth of experience managing high-impact communication projects that seek to transform processes, products, and—ultimately—people. Dr. Kingsley teaches the Organizational Communication course.
Erin Laxson
Erin Laxson, Adjunct Instructor, is a new addition to the ODYN family. Dr. Laxson earned her Ph.D. in I/O Psychology at Colorado State University. Dr. Laxson is Senior Delivery Consultant with Hogan Assessments. Dr. Laxson will be teaching the Human Resource Management Systems and Techniques course.
Bill Young
Bill Young, Ed.D., SPHR, L.P.C., Adjunct Instructor, is a noted member of the Tulsa HR community. Dr. Young is an executive coach who specializes in succession planning, talent management, leadership development, team building, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. Dr. Young has served as an adjunct instructor for OU since 1998. Dr. Young regularly teaches the Performance Management course.
