Records and Transcripts
There is no charge for transcripts (limit 5 per day). To request one, visit the OU Tulsa Student Enrollment Center, located on the 1st Floor, Corridor C, Room 114, or call 918-660-3474. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. You may also complete the Transcript Request Form below and return it to our office at the following address:
