To access the LearningSpace system, use the Chrome browser and click here.
Use your OUHSC login or 4x4 in the email address field and your OU network password to access LearningSpace.
If you are unable to access LearningSpace with your credentials, please email outulsasim@ouhsc.edu for support.
“Learners in OU-Tulsa programs may request supplemental practice sessions in the Simulation Center by emailing outulsasim@ouhsc.edu.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved you will receive a confirmation from a member of the Simulation Center team.
Simulation Center Practice Session Policy:
A minimum of 10 business days' notice required to schedule practice with an SP and a minimum of 5 business days’ notice is required for space-only requests to practice with peers.”
Interest groups can request space in the Simulation Center by completing this form.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved you will receive a confirmation email from a member of the Simulation Center team.
Policy:
Interest groups may only host events in the simulation center if their faculty sponsor is present - NO EXCEPTIONS.
