Brandie Reisman is a licensed professional counselor candidate, a national certified counselor, and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma having completed her Master's Degree in Clinical Professional Counseling. She fulfilled her graduate internship hours working with student athletes within the University of Oklahoma's athletic department counseling center.
Brandie's approach to counseling is trauma-informed, flexible and collaborative. Most of her experience has centered around supporting individuals through core mental health concerns including anxiety, stress management, trauma, identity development, and life transitions. She enjoys partnering with individuals to identify and explore the stories that have shaped their identities, challenging limiting beliefs, and collaboratively creating new stories that support the lives they hope to build. She utilizes techniques from several modalities including Narrative and Dialetical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is a dog mom who enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with others.
