Arched windows, shiny parquet floors and antique chandeliers highlight this grand space that accommodates up to 350 seated guests (600 reception-style) with ease. The outdoor terrace overlooking the courtyard is an added bonus, ideal for cocktails and visiting with guests.

With over 5,300 square feet of formal space furnished with plush oversized chairs and sofas and a massive baby grand piano, the Beaird Lounge accommodates 200 guests for a reception.

This gorgeous outdoor space is flanked by brick walls and contains seating for 350 guests for your ceremony and reception.
Patio tables, umbrellas and a charming fountain rounds out the scene.

For the weddings that need a little bit of extra space, you can reserve the GRA Rooms along with the Ballroom. The GRA rooms open up to the Ballroom and allow for additional seating, food and activites.

For formal receptions that don't quite need a cavernous ballroom, the GRA room is ideal, with space for 168 in banquet-style seating.

A charge of $75 per hour will be applied to any group or function requiring the room(s) to remain open after 3 a.m., or any portion thereof (Example: If you event ends at 3 a.m. or later, you will be charged the overtime fee).
There will be an additional 25% service charge applied to the total bill for events scheduled on official University holidays. A University holiday schedule is available in the Union Administrative Office upon request or can be found at www.hr.ou.edu/benefits/LeaveHolidays.asp.
