5:45 pm - 6:30 pm: Village Tour buses will pick-up guests at Embassy Suites and transport them to National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum  (1700 NE 63rd Street, Oklahoma City, 73111)

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm: Banquet at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum 

9:00 pm - 9:30 pm: Village Tour busses will arrive at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum and return guests to Embassy Suites

The National Weather Center (Norman, OK)

The National Weather Center houses a unique confederation of The University of Oklahoma, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and state organizations that work together in partnership to improve understanding of events occurring in Earth’s atmosphere over a wide range of time and space scales

The National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum

The National Cowboy & Western  Heritage Museum is America’s premier institution of Western history, art, and culture. Founded in 1955, the Museum collects, preserves, and exhibits an internationally renowned collection of Western art and artifacts while sponsoring dynamic educational programs to stimulate interest in the enduring legacy of the American West.

Research Campus

The University Research Campus is a collaborative environment with a community engaged in research that leads to social, economic and academic advancement – improving the global quality of life.

EMBARK / OKC Streetcar

EMBARK provides bus, ferry transit, bike share and downtown parking solutions in the Oklahoma City metro area. One of the goals of EMBARK is to connect people with their community, ease traffic congestion and reduce air pollution.

In 2009, Oklahoma City residents voted for a renewal project of a 4.86 mile modern streetcar system. It will include 22 stops that link major employers, businesses, attractions and residences in the downtown area. 

 

OKC Bricktown


Enjoy an evening in OKC Bricktown to watch the Oklahoma City Dodgers baseball team play against the New Orleans Baby Cakes. Tickets will include Homeplate seats, food and beverage stipend, an OKC Dodgers hat, game program, and a personalized scoreboard message.
