Welcome New Postdoctoral Fellow

Postdoctoral Fellow, Josh Zingher

In the 2014-2015 academic year, the IACH has been thrilled to be joined by our first postdoctoral fellow. Funded by the Jack Miller Center, this one-year postdoctoral fellowship allowed the IACH to bring Dr. Joshua Zingher, a political scientist who recently finished his doctoral work at Binghamton University, to the OU campus. He is currently teaching Voting Rights, Congressional Districting, and the Constitution and Congress and the Constitution and has been an active participant in the programs of the IACH throughout the year.
