Resources for Payroll/HR Administrators

Salaried staff and 12-month administrators (i.e. those in the MTH pay group) will transition to a biweekly pay schedule in April 2024. This means that if anyone in this pay group is to receive additional pays through the spring 2024 semester, they will need to be split between monthly and biweekly payments. Please note that for MTH employees additional pays can only run through April 2024. The remainder of the payment for May 2024 must be processed on a biweekly additional payment closer to the May payroll deadline.

The calculator linked HERE will allow you to input the goal amount for the semester and then will calculate out the payments by month through April, and then give you the remaining amount to be paid on the May biweekly payroll. This assumes you are wanting to spread the payment across the spring semester pay cycle.

With Graduate Assistants transitioning from a monthly pay schedule to biweekly on July 1, 2024, their summer session payments may need to be split between monthly and biweekly payrolls. The calculator linked HERE is meant to serve as a tool for payroll/HR adminstrators across colleges/departments to navigate summer 2024 GTA payments.
