It is with immense joy that we announce the expansion of OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center to Tulsa. Starting this summer, Stephenson Cancer Center providers will begin seeing patients and conducting clinical trials in Tulsa. Plans are also in motion to build a state-of-the-art facility at OU-Tulsa, extending the most advanced, research-driven cancer care and life-saving clinical trials exclusively offered at Stephenson Cancer Center to the people of northeastern Oklahoma

Over the past few weeks, the university has been diligently working to assess the implications of this executive order while actively engaging with the campus community and key stakeholders. Navigating these changes is a complex process that demands careful consideration, and I genuinely appreciate your patience as this work unfolds.

Today we mourn the loss of Toby Keith, a beloved country music legend and proud son of Oklahoma. Toby’s powerful voice and relatable lyrics captured the hearts of millions, propelling him to chart-topping success and garnering many of music’s highest honors. Beyond his musical talent, Toby was known for his kindness and down-to-earth personality, endearing him to fans worldwide.
Starting in May 2024, the university will begin a refresh of the Lead On, University Strategic Plan.
