John T. Steed School of Accounting
The Steed School of Accounting has a long tradition of accounting success, as many of its graduates have gone on to become leaders in the field.
Prominent in research & teaching, our faculty members are award-winning teachers and have served as editors or associate editors for such top journals as the Accounting Review, Accounting Horizons and Journal of the American Taxation Association.
As one of only two accounting departments in Oklahoma to receive separate accounting accreditation from the AACSB, the Steed School of Accounting's mission is to lead - through research, education and service - the development and dissemination of accounting knowledge.
Congratulations to the accounting students who advanced to the PwC Challenge National Finals Case Competition. Only five out of the 46 universities that competed were selected to advance. The OU team was comprised of Masters students Katie Foster and Travis Klempnauer, and undergraduates Cathryn McKillop and Kaylee Shapiro.
