As the CEO and Co-Founder of RFX Solutions, she is dedicated to transforming the healthcare compliance and credentialing landscape with innovative, data-driven software that enhances patient safety, quality of care, and operational efficiency. Dr. Penrod’s academic accomplishments include a PhD in Organizational Management and Leadership and an MBA. Her career spans a range of influential leadership and consultative roles across healthcare settings, including physician practices, surgical centers, and post-acute care facilities.
Dr. Penrod is passionate about empowering teams and fostering high-performance environments, which drives her mission to address the compliance and credentialing gap in healthcare by providing healthcare facilities with education, knowledge, and innovative tools that promote a culture of safety.
