View Event Details

After you have completed your reservation, there are a couple of different ways to view your booking details. 

1. To view booking services details, click the 'My Events' tab on the main menu.

2. To view the request details or make edits yourself, select the desired event from the list by clicking on the event name.

From this screen, you can edit the space setup, expected attendance and any resources that you may have ordered. You can also add resources if available for the selected space.

Whenever a blue pencil is displayed, you can click it to make edits to your request.

Clicking the blue, New Booking button on the right side of the screen allows you to add bookings (addtional space or date) to the reservation. 

  • This process will take you through the standard search for space process with the Reservation Details.

Use this menu to edit the event name, type, and contact information for your event.

Use this menu to edit the required questions when filling out your request form.

You may add any necessary attachments to your event request (necessary approvals, contracts/insurance, etc.)

Select to add any available services for your space (A/V materials, catered food, etc.). Please note, not all reservation templates have services available for requests.

  • To select an item, click on the item name. This window will show a description, pricing, and available images for the resource. Add the quantity you would like. Charges for items are shown on the side window.
  • OMU student menu items are shown with a percentage discount. To see the final price of all student items, click here

*If you select a time in the middle of your event, there will likely be a staff member that will have to enter the space at the time to set up the catering/equipment. 

Allows you to edit the start time and date of your event.

When this option is showing, you may cancel your event.

Cancellations may be made up until the minimum booking time for that reservation template.

Click to view a detailed reservation summary for your event. You may also email yourself a copy of the event confirmation.

Allows you to download a calendar event file to add to your personal calendar.
