OU-Tulsa / Organizational Dynamics / Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management

Human Resource Management Certificate Program Overview

OU-Tulsa’s Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management is designed to develop professionals who can strategically leverage organizations’ human resources to meet current and future organizational objectives. Human resource management courses focus on how organizational processes related to human resource management can create a competitive advantage for organizations through workforce development and evidence-based HR practices.

Experiential and project-based learning techniques are used to facilitate application of course concepts to real workforce issues. Completion of the graduate certificate program reflects development of knowledge and skills in strategic human resource management practices.

*Note: we are looking for diversity among applicants. We do not want applicants to all have the same undergraduate major, same work experience, same life experiences. We want diversity in our student population as students learn the most when they are on teams with people with different perspectives, experiences, and expertise.
