Organizational Psychology Certificate Program Overview

OU-Tulsa's Graduate Certificate in Organizational Psychology is designed to cultivate leaders and managers who improve the efficacy of groups, teams, and organizations by focusing on interpersonal and intergroup dynamics in the workplace. Courses focus on evidence-based practices and application of course concepts in team- and project-based learning environments.

Completion of the graduate certificate program reflects development of knowledge and skills in the field of organizational psychology. The Graduate Certificate in Organizational Psychology requires 12 hours of coursework.

*Note: we are looking for diversity among applicants. We do not want applicants to all have the same undergraduate major, same work experience, same life experiences. We want diversity in our student population as students learn the most when they are on teams with people with different perspectives, experiences, and expertise.
