Organizational Research Certificate Program Overview

OU-Tulsa’s Graduate Certificate in Organizational Research is designed to develop professionals who can generate, evaluate, and apply evidence-based practices to address organizational challenges. Courses focus on evaluation and application of research methodology and analysis techniques relevant to contemporary business problems.

Experiential and project-based learning techniques are used to facilitate application of course concepts to real organizational issues. Completion of the graduate certificate program reflects development of knowledge and skills in the design and application of evidence-based organizational strategies.

*Note: we are looking for diversity among applicants. We do not want applicants to all have the same undergraduate major, same work experience, same life experiences. We want diversity in our student population as students learn the most when they are on teams with people with different perspectives, experiences, and expertise.
