Frontier Room Displays
This room is equipped with 2 displays that can be used for your event/meeting.
Turn on the System
To turn on the in-room A/V system, follow the steps below:
- Press the On Button on the Control Panel located near the door.
- Select your desired connection method:
- Via wireless connection, press the ShareLink button and follow the appropriate Wireless Connection steps below
- Via HDMI, press the HDMI button and follow the appropriate HDMI Connection steps below.
Display Screen Use
Devices may connect via HDMI cords using the Wall Port under the screens.
If your device does not automatically show on the screen, you may need to press the HDMI button on the Control Panel.
Volume may be controlled from your device.
If you need an HDMI cord for use, please contact Union Maintenance via the number listed below.
Opening Whiteboard
The digital screen closest to the door has a Digital Whiteboard feature. To use this feature, follow the steps below:
1. Press the Quick Menu button on the bottom-right of the display.
2. Press the Whiteboard button on the screen.
Closing Whiteboard
To return from the Digital Whiteboard to the HDMI option, follow the below steps:
- Press the Open button shown in the bottom left of the screen.
- Press the HDMI1 button.
Volume is controlled through your device and will play through in-ceiling speakers.
